We are currently recruiting an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our AMCS/RECY team in Munich.
Fluent / native German language skills essential
- User support via ticket system and telephone (1st & 2nd level, DE/EN)
- Consulting, processing and solving software problems concerning our products of RECY Systems GmbH
- Documentation of technical problems in the ticket system and in the Wiki (DE/EN)
- A completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or in an IT-related environment is advantageous
- Initial knowledge in the operation of ticket systems Service- and service-oriented working method and very good communication skills
- Analytical thinking and independent working
- Team spirit
- Fluent German and very good English
