Mission

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the effective planning, creation and delivery of scalable digital marketing campaigns that will help increase net new customers for Talentsoft across multiple markets worldwide. 

 
The main channels used will be Google Adwords and Linkedin, but the ability to test and learn new formats and channels is important for the role.

 
Measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance with a strategic mindset to continuously improve results is also key to this role.


The role is based in Talentsoft's headquarters in Boulogne but the main working language is English as the scope of the role is international.

 

Key responsibilities are:

 

-Execute programs to acquire new customers in close collaboration with key regional stakeholders and with the Global Programs Marketing Manager

-Track attainment of lead generation goals

 -Communicate to marketing and sales teams about digital campaigns results

-Come up with new ideas on how to improve brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement

-Ensure campaigns follow latest industry best practices 

Profile

Requirements and skills needed for the role:

 -Experience (1-3 years and plus) in B2B campaign management, either in a global, digital or field marketing role

 -Ability to use B2B marketing tools and platforms and learn new ones as needed (examples: Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Adwords… etc)

 -Strong international experience and ability to work in a multi-cultural team

 -Solid project management skills

 -Ability to gain a strong understanding of key audiences, what's working and not working

 -Excellent command of both written and spoken English and French
