Your key responsibilities:

·Relationship with a pool of 100+ customers < 20.000 employees

·Be the preferred customer point of contact, building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers

·Master the customers’ news and issues, their ARR, powermap and ecosystem

·Ensure the proper use of our solutions and the level of customer satisfaction

·Communicate about our new features, TS events (webinar, breakfast, etc.), uses around our online tool “TS Community”

·Ownership on small business volumes

·Manage your pipeline with precision and accuracy to reach effective forecasting

·Develop the client portfolio by identifying opportunities up and cross sell

·Sell "Advanced Services" and flash modules (Continuous conversation, Hello Talent, etc…)

·Partnership on strategic contexts

·With Mid-market and Enterprise Sales: role of business introducer

·With Digital Customer Success Team: common actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction 


To succeed in this position, you will need:

·College degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred

·A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with proven overperforming results

·Strong communication and negotiation skills

·Fluent English & French

·Confident, friendly and comfortable working with people at all levels (C-level, HR, IT)

·Well-developed understanding of value based selling techniques and of SaaS environment

·Stakeholder leadership in a multi-cultural context

·Problem solving and analytical skills

·Fast learner, tech savvy and passion for sales

·Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

·A spirit of conquest: self-motivated with a results-driven approach
