Who We Need:

We are looking for a product management leader to focus on our small-to-medium (SMB) business. You will help define what products to build and the steps to bring them to market successfully. This begins with defining market problems and definitions, and building a business plan. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to determine how well the products are performing, how they impact company operations, and ultimately, how they contribute to profit.


What You’ll Do:

  • Discover problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evals and untapped potential customers
  • Validate urgent problems to show their pervasiveness in the market
  • Identify, articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market
  • Articulate what you learned in the market and quantify the risk, including financial models
  • Make go/no go recommendation based on the data
  • Help determine most effective way to deliver a complete solution to the market (build, buy, or partner)


Skills You’ll Need to Have

  • Great communication
  • Lead-by-example and represent Malwarebytes’s core tenets
  • A Bachelor’s degree; a Masters in Business Administration is nice to have
  • 7+ years of leadership in Product Management, and/or Product Marketing
  • Relevant experience with SMBs, SaaS, endpoint protection platform, and endpoint detection and response markets
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and user personas
  • Expertise in defining distinctive competencies and building the SMB product portfolio
  • Experience with customer and prospect research
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being results-driven
  • Strong executive presence and able to communicate effectively to customers, analysts, executives, and partners
  • Support of the following cross functional areas:
    • Storylines and keynotes to articulate product value proposition to various audiences
    • Product positioning
    • Analyst relations
    • Customer Advisory Boards
    • Thought leadership and evangelism
