Job Description

You will have 3 main areas of responsibility:

Presales

  • To provide Presales support, run product demos, to assist the Technology Alliance teams worldwide.
  • To create and deliver innovative value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts by matching technical requirements/capabilities to business outcomes.
  • To work collaboratively with the Sales, Professional Services and Partner teams to understand sales and business priorities, and to align their activity with the needs of the local business.

Service Design

  • To develop Service Designs from the Base Product and build all the necessary process and documentation for the same
  • To map the Services created, to catalogue, map with existing Workplace service, define the value proposition, and competitive insights.
  • To produce Service Design frameworks for SLAs & OLAs, Service definition schedules, Security compliance, Service catalogue, Service support manuals, Service flows etc.
  • To demonstrate how Nexthink solutions can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates business outcome.

Ideations

  • To engage with the internal stakeholders and external market to understand the needs of our future innovations and enable the team to improve the ideation pipeline.
  • To work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as Digital Workplace & EUC IT teams, IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value. This requires strong account management capability as well as a passion and enthusiasm for introducing disruptive technology.
  • To have a thorough understanding of Nexthink and a good understanding of Workplace Industry and provide ideas that add value to our product
  • To involve in creating MVPs of the ideations and run through the evaluation lifecycle within the organisation, evangelising the ideas to the right stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Very good understanding of End-User Computing Space
  • Hands-on experience in creating Service offerings
  • Ability to create Service level agreement
  • Proven experience in design, development and delivery of ITSM/ITOM/Automation solutions, combining technical expertise with business understanding to create solutions that meet all client requirements
  • Experience with Run Book Automation, API integration, and orchestration solutions.
  • Interest in technologies and ideally a developer/technical lead background.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Istio and Docker is a big plus. 
  • Experience with Kafka, streaming and columnar and time-series databases is a plus. 
  • AWS experience is a plus.
  • Interest in solving challenging real-life problems and the possibilities offered by new technology.
  • Enthusiasm about working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of agile development.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
