The Role

Hopin aspires to be the preferred technology partner for innovative Event Agencies around the world. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Program Manager to help establish and manage our Agency Success Program. You will work collaboratively with external Event Agencies and Hopin Agency Success Managers to build a best-in-class program that will provide the foundation for thriving, mutually beneficial Hopin-Agency partnerships. You will leverage past experience with partnership programs to inform our priorities while capitalizing on the unique opportunities presented by Hopin’s innovative technology to create a first of kind model for robust Agency-Hopin collaboration. As Hopin’s product portfolio expands (Streamyard, etc), you’ll expand and adapt the program to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally throughout Hopin (including Legal, PR, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Support, and more) to define and build our Agency Partner Program
  • Develop a robust understanding of Agency needs from Hopin and work to develop assets that meet and exceed those needs
  • Manage and grow a thriving community of Hopin certified Event Partners
  • Establish and evolve certification, incentive, training, contracting, and business review program elements that scale up and scale back based on the needs and level of the Hopin-Agency Partnership.
  • Programmatically manage Hopin partnerships that do not have a dedicated Account Manager.
  • Establish systems of reporting and quality control that ensure our Agency program is meeting key performance indicators and that our end client’s are receiving exceptional support from their Event Agency.

About You

  • 5+ years building, scaling and operating a world-class partnership program
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and are comfortable making trade-offs between short-term and long-term success with a track record of impact.
  • Tech Savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn about  new software
  • Experience with partner enablement and training programs including learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs and spreadsheet based analysis.
  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer facing experience in Sales or  Account Management is a plus.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. MBA or other relevant post-graduate work is a bonus.
