Your role: 

As a Solutions Consultant (LATAM), you will join our team in Mexico and work closely with several teams such as Sales, Implementation, and Account Management. As a part of this team, you are the technical go-to contact for helping our future clients and are ensuring top-notch technical support for the sales process. This way you will have a direct impact on new revenue and the growth of Adjust in the LATAM region.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate the Adjust solutions to address customer required capabilities based on discovery
  • Maintain an understanding of our competitive landscape and how Adjust is differentiated and assist others within the team in competitive deals
  • Assist our clients with demonstrations, best practices, and onboarding trials until they convert to paying
  • Demonstrate best practices to teammates in the sales process, partnership with other teams, and continual improvement
  • Further develop your knowledge of web-related technologies such as URLs and HTML basics, BI systems, and how SDKs work
  • Answer RFI/RFPs and questionnaires and coordinate completion in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement areas of improvements within the organization
  • Successfully onboard at least 80% of clients, with prompt and appropriate responses 
  • Pass all Adjust training courses and get Sales certified

 

What you bring: 

  • 4+ years experience in SaaS solutions, preferably within the AdTech industry with direct client interaction (ideally in a sales-related role)
  • Experience in delivering software demonstrations up to the C-level
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of the technology and market landscape of the AdTech industry
  • Experience in deploying or configuring software solutions
  • Software programming experience a plus (such as Objective C or Java)
  • Extensive software demonstration skills, and solid handling of Powerpoint or similar tools
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and other technical questionnaires
  • Previous sales training certification is a plus (Demo2Win!, Force Management, Selling through Curiosity, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical content in an easy to understand and digestible manner to audiences such as data analysts, marketing managers and C-level executives
  • Excellent English and native-speaker level Spanish
  • Team player with strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
