Here at Featurespace, our Engineering team is continually growing, and so we are on the lookout for a new member of our support team to be based in our Cambridge office, to help keep the department processes running to a high standard.

As an Engineering Operations Coordinator at Featurespace, you’ll be a point of contact within the department, helping to field questions and direct people to the best person to help. You’ll assist with process execution and improvement, including managing bug tracking tools, and will assist the Engineering Management team on a daily basis.

This role sits within the Engineering Operations function of the department, tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the people and processes and making sure we stay as organised as possible.


Day to Day

As a member of Engineering Operations, you will be expected to work with your team members to support the team with responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring cross-department processes work without friction
  • Running triage of delivery tickets, ensuring correct information and routing to appropriate queues
  • Tracking key out-of-band work, ensuring information is correct and up to date
  • Ensuring ticket owners follow up on issues and getting tickets unblocked
  • Day to day management of our issue tracking system
