Modulr is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be part of a scaling business in a team that is vital to supporting Modulr’s growth. In this role, you will work closely with the product and marketing teams to bring new products and propositions to market, relaunch existing product propositions and engage our developer and technical communities. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a fast-paced and collaborative culture where there are excellent career prospects.

  • Plan end-to-end product marketing campaigns: defining the value proposition, creating effective product marketing materials and executing launches that deliver results 
  • Work closely with the product team and customers to identify target personas and package messaging and propositions for target verticals 
  • Write detailed briefs for the creation of product marketing materials 
  • Measure campaign results and track against KPIs 
  • Support product team with engaging the developer community, including improvements to the overall developer experience, technical documents and communications 
  • Prioritise and run multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Put customers first to deliver on targets for cross-sell and up-sell  
  • Work closely with the Product Director for Customer Experience on customer initiatives 
  • Collaborate with teams outside of your direct control to deliver on plan by building strong relationships 


Skills and experience 

  • Experience in product marketing management either within a payments or technology environment 
  • Experience managing stakeholders across functions 
  • A track record of delivering product marketing results  
  • Strong project management skills – prioritising and managing multiple products at a time 
  • Strong analytics skills that ensure data is used to drive decisions  
  • Self-starter who uses own initiative to acquire the information needed to plan and drive campaigns 
  • Strong written skills with great attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or other CRM and email management tools beneficial 
  • You add a customer lens to everything you do 
  • You have unassailable integrity, work ethic, humility and team spirit and have the ambition and desire to work in a high-growth tech company
