As Head of Performance Marketing within the Marketing & Video department, you are responsible for the overall B2C (student/alumni) and B2B (companies, schools) customer lifecycle. It necessarily implies that you will be in charge of monitoring and optimizing the performance of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns for JobTeaser in terms of lead generation, audience, engagement, and ultimately bookings and revenue.
As a consequence, you will be the single point of contact for the sales, product and data teams within the company to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the strategy and the roadmap.
The position is mainly a global/headquarter position (90%), with a strong focus on Germany at first as it's the first country we need to crack on student engagement with a proper and efficient B2C acquisition model.
What does this mean on a daily basis?
Develop the Acquisition, CRM, Lead Generation & Growth expertizes, on both our B2C and B2B targets, by animating the team that you'll contribute to build
Lead the B2C and B2B performance dashboards (build, monitor and optimize the different KPIs, mainly based on cost of acquisition, cost of retention and lifetime value) with a view to decompartmentalising B2C and B2B performance management
Be the owner of all tracking and attribution topics
Being the point of contact for JobTeaser's product teams for all matters concerning the evolution of the platform to improve the customer journey (prospect and customer funnels, onboarding and sign-up processes, user dashboard, etc.)
Lead the team of "media owners" that will work closely with the "content owners" in the Brand & Communication team to build and run the 360° communicaiton plan with a transverse ownership (finding the right message for the right target on the right media)
Ensure scalability and mutualisation of approaches (providers, formats, reporting, sharing best practices) between geographies, with a strong focus on Germany at first (2nd biggest market after the french flagship)
Strengthen the team in terms of resources (hiring) and capabilities, especially make the whole team grow on the analytical skills (be more data-driven in general)
Manage all providers and agencies (marketing agencies for SEO, SEA, tools....)
7-9 years of professional experience in digital marketing as Head of Performance, Head of B2C Marketing or Head of Acquisition (having worked on both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns preferably, or at least B2C marketing campaigns)
Very strong analytical skills, applied to a complex funnel, with a good knowledge of tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) and attribution/contribution model
Action / Goal oriented
Good communication skills and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in transverse manners
Languages: English mandatory, second language is a big plus (especially German)
