As the Growth Marketing Manager in the Performance Marketing team within the Marketing & Video department, you are globally responsible for the B2C marketing campaigns at JobTeaser, both at global/headquarter level (60%) and local level (40% for France).

You are one of the "media owner" within the team (for paid marketing channels), and as such you are strongly collaborating with the content owners in the Brand & Communication team to ensure that the right messages are communicated to the right target on the right media (transverse ownership).

What does this mean on a daily basis?
  • Develop efficient B2C Acquisition & Growth strategies in Paid media (social media + SEA), SEO and App acquisition for JobTeaser and support local market teams in elaborating and delivering these strategies
  • Lead the B2C acquisition campaigns for France by setting up paid campaigns (social media - no SEA to date)
  • Assist Germany (main focus after France for JobTeaser today) in Growth marketing approach to paid campaigns
  • Closely collaborate with the Email & Lifecycle Manager in the team in charge of the CRM roadmap to align the messages and medias along the customer lifecycle, but also with the Lead Gen Manager to ensure a desiloted B2C/B2B approach
  • Be the point of contact, both internally and externally, for all SEO related topics: project management with the Product team (roadmap, tasks prioritisation), SEO Agency point of contact, SEO content recommendations (with the input of the Chief Editor Officer regarding the editorial guidelines)
  • Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of all tracking and attribution topics in strong collaboration with the Product team, which means being the point of contact internally for all demands related to traffic analysis, reporting & acquisition analysis and the Data team point of contact for marketing & external requests (Google Analytics or BI requests)
  • Build, monitor and optimize the B2C performance dashboards (paid campaigns) for France, based on different KPIs, mainly based on cost of acquisition, cost of retention and lifetime value
  • Communicate within JobTeaser on the results of the B2C marketing campaigns and share systematically best practices (mutualization & scalability)
  • Build strong and detailed budget assumptions to the Head of Performance Marketing for a global B2C acquisition budget
  • Collaborate efficiently in transverse projects with the Product team to constantly improve the customer journey (prospect and customer funnels, onboarding and sign-up processes, user dashboard, etc.)
  • Ensure scalability and mutualisation of approaches (providers, formats, reporting, tools, sharing best practices) between geographies, with a strong focus on Germany at first (2nd biggest market after the french flagship)
  • Manage all providers and agencies (marketing agencies for SEO, SEA, tools....)


  • Around 5 years of professional experience in managing B2C marketing campaigns on paid media as Traffic Manager, Acquisition Marketing Manager or Growth Hacker for a pure player in a competitive and complex B2C environment (such as retail, travel)
  • Very strong analytical skills, applied to a complex funnel, with a good knowledge of tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) and attribution/contribution model
  • Action / Goal oriented with a strong business acumen
  • Good communication skills and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in transverse manners as a team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, keen to take on challenges, with a strong capability to be autonomous and make suggestions
  • Languages: English mandatory, second language is a big plus (especially German)
