The Role

This role is focused on our StreamYard product. StreamYard's mission is to power every person's message by making live streaming easy for everyone. We are your trusted microphone, your stable podium, your elevated stage — built to provide you with the easiest way to reach your biggest audience. 

StreamYard is looking for a data-driven growth marketer with expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and monetization. You will play an essential role in driving profitable growth for StreamYard through 2021 and beyond. You will own the marketing budget and vendor relationships to drive acquisition and adoption for StreamYard’s self-serve and sales-led plans through a variety of marketing channels and tactics, both paid and organic. You will work closely with StreamYard’s Director of Demand Generation and Head of Marketing, and marketing team, as well as partner with Product and Hopin constituents to improve reach, revenue, and retention for StreamYard.


  • Help build the vision and strategy of StreamYard’s digital marketing initiatives to accelerate growth of the business, accountable for performance against KPIs
  • Responsible for developing, planning, and executing on strategies to drive weekly active broadcasts, and improve conversion rates & retention of StreamYard users
  • Own and manage StreamYard’s SEO, SEM, paid media, and PPC acquisition strategy, budget, and vendor relationships
  • Own & manage cross-channel data-driven automated and triggered lifecycle and ad hoc email and event campaigns end-to-end
  • Own project management and cross-functional campaign development workflow with partners & stakeholder teams (e.g., Hopin, Product, Engineering, Creative, Community)
  • Conduct regular, extensive experimentation and in-depth user data analyses to facilitate rapid learning & application of any insights
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
  • Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all relevant digital marketing KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and socialize performance
  • Articulate and present strategy, progress, results and data analyses / learnings effectively to stakeholders and the wider business
  • Support globalization and localization of multi-product campaigns
  • Conduct industry benchmarks and competitive research to influence decision-making and planning

About You

  • 4-6+ years of digital marketing experience with paid growth programs including Google stack, Linkedin, and Facebook ads, remarketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • CRM experience in a B2C fast-paced SaaS company. Product management experience is a big plus.
  • An agile marketer who is comfortable with an evolving team structure, and willing and able to put on many hats
  • Solid track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale, complex email campaigns and cross-functional projects. Experience with Marketo a plus.
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management, with strong interest in how it works “under the hood” (i.e. tracking, marketing tech stack, tooling)
  • Results-driven marketer who loves data and lives in spreadsheets and analytic dashboards. 
  • Deep and up-to-date understanding of SEO best practices and technical instrumentation
  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
  • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable working at early-stage startup pace
  • Eye for user flow & visual design
  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Passion for CRM, A/B testing, and user engagement
  • Undergraduate degree required
