The Professional Services team’s mission is to drive adoption, expansion and retention of the Brandwatch suite of products, by delivering actionable insights, intelligent solutions and remarkable service. As a member of the Strategy & Insights team within Professional Services, you will execute bespoke research projects designed to help our clients understand their brands, consumers and industries and take action with this knowledge.

As we continue to expand, we are hiring a Senior Education Specialist to be accountable for educating and upskilling our clients in the Brandwatch product suite, as well as support the team and other internal stakeholders in other projects and scoping at a strategic level.

Your role will include:
  • Educating our global clients on the Brandwatch product suite through delivering online and in-person training sessions.
  • Becoming an expert in the Brandwatch suite of SaaS products and software integrations.
  • Working with our global Education Services team to continuously innovate our offerings and programs.
  • Scoping and consulting with all our clients on best approaches for custom training needs.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with delivery of education services.
  • Own internal projects that contribute to personal development and innovation of our offerings
  • Work with and take ownership of strategic client training needs and recommendations pre and post sale
  • Support others in the team as it’s required or needed
  • Represents the team internally, contributing to knowledge sharing, company meetings and maintaining relationships with commercial & CSM
  • Some global travel to onsite locations (when safe to do so in future)
What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in software/technical training or similar
  • Proven success delivering remote training sessions via virtual meeting services such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, iMeet, Lync, Clearslide, etc.
  • A brilliant communicator
  • An on-the-fly problem solver
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on time management or organisational skills
  • Demonstrable presentation skills and the ability to lead a positive, productive session in person and/or virtually via web conference
  • An understanding of the business value of digital consumer intelligence
Optional (but great to have) skills:
  • Experience as a trainer for complex SaaS analytics platforms
  • Spanish speaking
