Manager, Sales Development - Americas

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. You will develop and implement team strategy, motivate the team to hit and exceed their targets, and coach your team members to be prepared for a career in tech sales. You will collaborate with all Go-To-Market (GTM) functions to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Seeking someone equally as motivated to help grow their rep’s careers as they are their own.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Use pipeline targets to develop a sales development strategy for our North American business, as well as team and individual KPIs
  • Work with SDRs to develop their plans for outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to meet and exceed their quotas
  • Inspire and motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and competitions
  • Coach the team on our sales methodology to develop a strong foundation of sales skills to take to the next level
  • Maximize the team’s impact by developing clear performance metrics that will help reps focus on the right activities at the right times
  • Run effective team and cross functional meetings
Qualifications:
  • Experience leading a Sales Development or Sales team
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and/or mentoring entry level sales professionals
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience designing training programs for Sales Development
  • Experience with technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, and Gong (or analogous solutions)
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives in region
