We are looking for a Head of Influencers to help drive the phenomenal growth we are seeing as the world’s fastest-growing complete nutrition brand.
We are now a Top 10 Sunday Times Fasttrack company, selling over 150 million meals in 100 countries, this is a vital role in our business developing and leading a key growth area. We are only getting started, we’ve seen what our brilliant fans and influencers can do so far for us and we want to scale this FAST.
We are looking for an ambitious leader who can build the team, lead the strategy and the plan but importantly you will roll your sleeves up and deliver it as well - we are a high growth business and it's all hands on deck. This role will be based out of Tring, Hertfordshire/ London / & your very own home office.
What you will be doing
Building a strategy that works globally in line with our business goals and marketing plans for all our key markets (including UK, US, Japan, Europe - this is truly global) including multi-channels but testing, refining and improving as we go.
Creative and content - work with your team to manage the end to end creative and collaborative process from outreach, developing campaigns, build relationships, creative development, delivery and analysis developing a clear roadmap of testing and learning to establish success
Working with partners - build strong relationships with agencies, influencers, find the best people and partners to work with and bring them on board, setting budgets, KPIs and delivering on them
Measurement and tracking- proving to the business the value of influencers, establishing what is working using the right tools and systems
