StarLeaf are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager who will manage and grow the Inside Sales Team (ISR) in our global offices, whose goal is to generate revenue by creating, developing and closing opportunities through both a Direct and Indirect sales model.


  • Recruit, train and optimize a team of ISRs responsible for inbound, outbound and partner created sales engagements.
  • Set and track sales targets for the Inside Sales teams
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results through ongoing coaching and development
  • Leverage metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, Vidyard, Outreach, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online and event driven marketing campaigns


  • Reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Works with Marketing and Sales Leadership to generate and close opportunities.
  • Represents the company at events, tradeshows and customer sites.



  • Demonstrable successful track record of sales in Inside Sales, Sales Development or Field Sales
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience working in our channel, enterprise or commercial sales division
  • Will be required to travel 20% of the time ensuring balanced coverage between StarLeaf teams,
  • Ability to hire and develop talent into high performing inside sales reps with a future in field sales or leadership.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with groups that influence our ability to grow and achieve i.e. marketing, product management/engineering, sales operations, presales, and the channel.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders (Country managers, channel leaders etc)


  • Operated within the Video Conferencing or Unified Communications space;
  • Been part of a business going through significant change and growth;
  • Presented at C-suite level
  • Start-up and scaling a team to circa 25 reps
