We are looking for a passionate and creative leadership development professional to join our growing team and help us level up our People Leaders at Zwift. You are curious and coach-like when interacting with others.  Although this will be an individual contributor to start, ideally you will leverage your prior experience leading teams. In this newly created position you will design, develop and deliver unique programs that support our focus on improving the collective capabilities of People Leaders at each level [New, Experienced & Executive]. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Director People, Performance and Growth this person will be responsible for establishing a leadership development framework and supporting strategy. You will define the approach we take to developing our leaders and work cross-functionally to introduce differentiated solutions. You will set the foundation for what success looks like, leading to improved individual and team performance and growth.

What you'll do:

  • Create a leadership competency model to which supporting programs are aligned
  • Design, create and deliver leadership development programs that build effective people leadership skills
  • Identify strengths and gaps in capabilities against aligned expectations - including capabilities related to inclusive leadership, in close partnership with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging & Social Impact team
  • Assist in all phases of the content development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and editing
  • Drive brand values and philosophy in all learning and development activities
  • Ensure that all People Leaders understand, demonstrate and teach our leadership principles through consistent feedback and coaching
  • Facilitate and/or partner with facilitators to deliver impactful experiences
  • Collaborate closely with our People Business Partners to support business needs
  • Evaluate learner needs and adapt approach for all levels of leadership experience
  • Work closely with People Analytics to monitor and evaluate programs, assess results, implement enhancements, and provide recommendations for program effectiveness

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a combination of leadership development or consulting roles
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories that support the scaling of leadership development programs and experiences 
  • Experience leveraging learning technology to curate, distribute and measure program content
  • Demonstrated facilitation expertise that informs and engages various learning styles
  • Experience developing competency models and career progression frameworks  
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with learning and development vendors, new and existing
  • Passionate about helping others unlock their potential
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and management capabilities
  • Experience navigating change and ambiguity 
  • Demonstrated expertise in using data to inform decisions on effectiveness of development experiences and an understanding what creates behavior change
