Malwarebytes is looking for..

The Techbench Sales Manager will focus on our computer repair shop partners by ensuring they have everything they need for both their shop to run effectively and efficiently as well as everything they need to service their end users’ devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with direct sales and working for and selling high-tech software/hardware or solutions to technical partners.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own overall relationship with our tech shop clients, which includes: establishing a trusted advisor role and ensuring we deliver what they need to drive their business – be a single point-of-contact for all things Malwarebytes
  • Work with clients to fully understand their business by co-creating solutions that meet their objectives
  • Provide detailed demos, conference calls and other presentations to showcase our solutions
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan (updated quarterly) for managing your assigned territory
  • Grow our Techbench program by receiving and responding to inbound sales leads and converting them to new partners
  • Help retain our partners by conveying the value of our program and how it can help them grow their business
  • Conduct outbound communications with your clients on a regular basis
  • Use data and constant interactions with your clients to keep you informed and to help you adjust accordingly
  • Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, etc) to convey feedback from our partners and to drive our program strategy
  • Use Salesforce to track leads and to maintain an accurate customer database
  • Be an awesome team member that serves our clients awesomely


Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with SaaS, desktop software and/or security solutions highly desired with previous outbound phone sales experience preferred
  • Metric-driven individual with a track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals
  • Startup DNA: quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
  • Being fanatical about serving your clients as well as your fellow employees
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills resulting in the ability to influence others
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with technically-skilled clients
  • Be part of a highly-motivated team while also working independently
  • Acting with a sense of urgency and driving issues to fair and speedy resolution
  • Understanding the computer repair industry and the security software landscape


Nice to Have Skills

  • Technical understanding of computer services industry
  • Experience working within a services-based field (e.g. computer repair)
  • Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development experience in a high tech company
