Stellenbeschreibung

Germany is a key region for JobTeaser. Your mission is to make JobTeaser the n°1 solution for the recruitment of young talent in the region by building a unique ecosystem that reunites the best Universities and Corporates around students and young graduates.

As Country Manager for Germany your role will be both:

  • to manage and grow the German team locally

  • to spread your knowledge of the DACH market to influence the whole JobTeaser organization at the Headquarter in Paris to find the perfect market fit (product, marketing, operations…)

    • Facilitate internal coordination with all functions and overall JobTeaser to make sure German stakeholders’ (students / corporates / Universities) voice is heard

Your missions : 

  • Define the strategy for Germany, hand in hand with Headquarter teams (marketing, product, sales…)

  • Rolling out this strategy and delivering and contributing to annual business plan in Germany

    • Companies: reaching the revenue target by signing new business opportunities and renewing existing contracts (Accenture, Fresenius, Deutsche Bank…)

    • Universities:  reaching the number of partnership target by engaging the key Universities and maintaining existing portfolio (80+ universities including TU Bielefeld, Frankfurt School of Finance, Uni Passau, EBS…)

  • Reach student user registration targets by successfully engaging students on the platform through their University in targeted Länders through:

    • acquisition of new Universities

    • helping the product team finding the right value proposition for German students (new features, test and learn approach)

  • Build a solid knowledge of expected value proposition by our stakeholders in the region (students, corporates, Universities)

    • Run market and user research

  • Ensure local business processes are able to deliver on customer expectation and stay in line with Headquarter’s guidelines

  • Build solid brand awareness towards students, universities and corporates in Germany: PR / events / Online marketing...

  • Create strategic local partnerships: HR agencies, Career Center networks...

  • Team management:

    • Management of a team of existing team

Qualifikationen

  • 8+ of professional experience

  • Solid academic background

  • Experience as an Entrepreneur or in project management, preferably in a start-up / scale-up environment. Experience as a senior strategic consultant or country manager a plus.

  • Agility, comfortable with a test and learn approach to adapt the strategy to local specificities

  • Strong project management skills, go to market, coordinating different departments

  • Problem solver, hands on mentality, self-driven and high-energy spirit

  • Master networker

  • People person, convincing and strong leadership

  • Experienced in building and managing a Team

  • Native in German, fluent in English, French a plus
