As Head of B2C Marketing within the Marketing & Video department, you are responsible for the overall B2C Marketing strategy. You carry the voice of our applicants within the company and you make sure that their engagement increases throughout time. To do so you focus on their overall experience (how can we enhance our USPs to them?), with a focus on defining the most appealing job offers mix for them (with the data team).
Your role is really to structure and animate the B2C vision within the company. This implies a very transversal approach between the University, Product, Innovation and Marketing teams. This means that you will need to have a strong drive to build and carry the overall B2C strategy, yet with a very collaborative approach to make sure to integrate all the insights and constraints of the other teams and to be able to onboard them on your vision (transversal leadership)
The position is a global/headquarter position with a challenge to apprehend the differences between our 2 main markets (France and Germany) and adapt the B2C strategy accordingly (with the German teams for the German market).

Define clear guidelines on what constitutes the best “offer” (job offers) for our applicants
Define the ambitions in terms of applicants recruitment and engagement to reach our objectives
Animate a team of experts to reach our B2C ambitions (today we have experts of Acquisition (x2), CRM, Social Networks (x2), Product Marketing)
