In our motivated sales team, the Inside Sales works in a supportive way with our Sales Managers.  Inside Sales is the point of contact and key liaison between Talentsoft and business partners.

Position :

  • As Inside Sales Executive you are actively involved in the further development and DACH growth of our company in Cologne
  • You will represent our HR platform and our other products to our B2B customers within the scope of internal sales through your excellent communication
  • In addition, you will win new customers by phone and continuously build up our customer base with skill and reliability
  • Generate new sales successes through expertise, contact management and personality
  • Design your own workflow

Profile

  • Ideally sales experience in the software industry
  • Additional experience in the HR industry is beneficial
  • A lot of energy and proactivity 
  • Communicative and team ability is an absolute must have
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and passionate individual with a proactive and dynamic attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and capable of operating within a fast paced and goal-oriented international environment
  • Highly results and customer orientated, as well as comfortable with technology product strategies
  • Native German and excellent English language skills (verbally and written)
