About the role and you:

Someone who knows the ins & outs of Facebook, Twitter, Strava, Instagram and Youtube. You love connecting with people all over the world to solve problems, delight in successes, and create genuine connections. You’re not afraid of going the extra mile to get the job done right and you’ll do just about anything to surprise & delight a deserving Zwifter.

What you'll do:

  • Engage and help build the Zwift communities across social media platforms 
  • Work with a global network of fellow community managers to flag production issues in real-time and seek out creative solutions
  • Assist in gathering qualitative audience insights for weekly reporting & metrics reports 
  • Post & ensure quality production and timeliness of planned content 
  • Generate memorable engagements & connections with fans
  • Mine for customer insights & issues through community groups + forums
  • Reports to Associate Social Media Manager with oversight from Social Media Manager 

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in social media tools & platforms 
  • A creative thinker and doer able to craft good, on brand copy
  • Intimate knowledge of the cycling, running and triathlon spaces or passion for sports 
  • Customer service experience a plus 
  • 1 year+ of social media experience
