Do you love using software tools to automate business processes? Are you excited about supporting different operations and sales units to scale our businesses? Then we would like to welcome you as a Salesforce System Architect to our Digital Operations team in Munich!

  • You are in charge of further developing our Salesforce org to our current and future needs
  • You identify gaps in processes and technology
  • You are driving technical optimizations inside Salesforce and make sure that Salesforce plays well its critical part in our enterprise tooling landscape 
  • You are designing solutions with a bigger picture in mind and with implementation ready work packages at hand
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes to implementing solutions together with internal and external colleagues
  • You work together with different stakeholders and team members on projects to continuously optimize our functionalities and improve processes
Your fitness level
  • You bring at least 4 years of practical experience with Salesforce architecture and/or development with relevant Salesforce certifications. Knowledge in software engineering and/or experience with event-driven architectures and integrations with other tools is a plus
  • You have a proven track record of successful projects in a Salesforce-heavy environment and you know how to create a well-functioning Salesforce org that is intelligently connected to other tools
  • You have experience with APEX and know how to keep tech depth under control and how to build SFDC solutions that are easy to maintain
  • You are familiar with Salesforce Best Practices end-to-end including testing and debugging 
  • You have strong organizational skills to structure projects, prioritize topics and juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
  • You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an innovative and problem-solving mind, learn rapidly and master diverse  technologies and tools
  • You have great communication skills
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You are taking ownership of our Salesforce org and are a technology sparring partner on equal terms within our team
  • You have challenged that status quo and a plan on how to bring our Salesforce org to the next level
  • You are familiar with the EGYM tooling ecosystem and the different processes and teams involved
  • You are a known and well-respected member of the Digital Operations team and the stakeholder teams
