As a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager you will help us to effectively address different target groups, develop powerful communication strategies, determine key messages for our products and bring all this to the market.   • You are an essential part of the strategic and communicative partnership between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • You define the value proposition for all new hardware and software products working with your colleagues from the product and marketing teams, as well as product updates, and clearly differentiate them from the competition
  • You create optimal market positioning of our solutions and analyze market trends
  • You develop go-to-market strategies and lead their successful execution 
  • You are responsible for marketing new products and solutions that meet the needs of specific customer segments
  • You develop sales narratives that help our sales teams convince customers to invest in our products. Along the customer journey you decide on messaging, sales materials, sales trainings and communicate meaningful marketing messages across different marketing channels (e.g. case studies, landing pages, content pieces, ad campaigns, etc.)
  • You mirror customer needs to product development that are not yet being served, and thus make a valuable contribution to strategy and product development
Your fitness level
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or communication or a comparable degree
  • You already have several years of relevant professional experience in (B2B) product marketing 
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of identifying market needs, developing product go-to-market strategies and product updates
  • You have already worked with sales and product teams in the strategic and customer-oriented positioning of a product in the marketplace
  • You like to immerse yourself in topics and develop current market trends with innovative ideas
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking end-to-end responsibility for projects in a fast moving environment and like to actively shape processes
  • You are a true team player  and interact successfully with colleagues in cross-functional teams
  • You speak German and English fluently

  • You are appreciated by your team as well as key sales and product stakeholders for your collaboration. Your colleagues feel that you have made a valuable contribution 
  • You brought your expertise and fresh ideas to the table, taking product marketing to a new level of excellence
  • You have successfully supported the developed the go-to-market strategy of one of our products, updates or solutions 
  • You have contributed to establishing the product marketing team as an integral part of EGYM
