We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development / Partnership Manager to help us build and execute on great partnerships in the global gym industry. To date, over 100 partners worldwide connect to the EGYM Cloud, and their number is constantly growing. We provide an open platform that enables gyms to easily integrate the third-party software and hardware that they are using into the EGYM product experiences for members, trainers, and staff. This Business Development / Partnership Manager role will be focusing on developing partnerships that result in integrations with apps & wearables as well with gym membership management software which is a key enabler of workout and operational functionality within our market-leading white-label member app.
- You build and maintain deep knowledge of the marketplace of potential partners in the gym industry, enabling us to properly prioritize our efforts to maximize value for EGYM
- You work with our VP Partnerships to help define and own the strategy and tactics for prioritizing, acquiring, and executing on high value partnerships
- You execute on key partnerships that can contribute to strong distribution of our products, collaborating with digital sales leadership to develop plans and deliver on channel sales goals
- You collaborate with the Product Owners to manage partners through the technical integration process, ensuring a successful and efficient integration
- You collaborate with our Operations teams to help ensure a smooth rollout of all new integrations, identifying possible risks and managing the partner through the rollout process
- You own the partner relationship through the complete partnership lifecycle: Pitch, contract, integration, rollout, value delivery, and winddown
- You create success metrics and ensure measuring and reporting of these KPIs
