As part of our 10-people Customer Management team in Munich, you will play a key role in helping our customers in BeNeLux to understand and use our products in the best possible way.   • You are the first point of contact (online/telephone) for our B2B customers in from BeNeLux with questions and problems with our hardware as well as software products 
  • You provide direct technical support for hardware and software and find the best solutions for our customers with your technical know-how and service orientation 
  • You analyze complex technical processes and act as an interface to your colleagues from the product, sales and customer success departments (e.g. via Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence or Salesforce)
  • You ensure careful documentation of all customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system 
  • You take responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and thus increase the satisfaction of our customers
Your fitness level
  • You have successfully completed your (bachelor) degree in a technical discipline or a technical apprenticeship
  • You have Dutch language skills on native level, very good English skills (min. C1 level) and ideally, good German skills (B2 level) 
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in the field of B2B Customer Support /Customer Service in a technical environment
  • You have a positive and cheerful personality and enjoy dealing with customers
  • You are eager to work with eGym in an international environment to advance innovative technologies in the fitness sector
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You are able to complete complex customer requests successfully and independently 
  • Thanks to your support, our average time to solution is 4 days 
  • You have a good command of our CRM system Salesforce and are proficient in its daily use 
  • You have built up trusting relationships with your team due to your open nature and are appreciated for the collaboration
