- You are the first point of contact (online/telephone) for our B2B customers in from BeNeLux with questions and problems with our hardware as well as software products
- You provide direct technical support for hardware and software and find the best solutions for our customers with your technical know-how and service orientation
- You analyze complex technical processes and act as an interface to your colleagues from the product, sales and customer success departments (e.g. via Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence or Salesforce)
- You ensure careful documentation of all customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system
- You take responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and thus increase the satisfaction of our customers
