We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Product to design, build, and scale the training floor experience of the future. You will report to the CPO, collaborating at the product vision and strategy level to navigate EGYM through a complex business landscape as well as manage a team of product owners in the portfolio, driving fast-paced customer value creation and cultivating product culture.   • You participate directly with the CPO and product leadership team in the management of the EGYM product vision and strategy, regularly providing context to the whole organization on key decisions
  • You directly manage the product managers of each of EGYM’s key gym portfolio products, building and maintaining a highly motivated world-class product team and cultivating continuous improvement of our hypothesis-driven product management and experimentation processes, tools, and skills. 
  • You build strong partnerships with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to align product direction and results and to launch new features and products 
  • You collaborate with stakeholders and your product managers to develop and maintain clear and well prioritized short and long term product roadmaps
  • You collaborate with EGYM leaders and your product managers to ensure our products are achieving their potential and delivering on their promised value in a timely and well-executed manner
  • You work on continuous improvement of the EGYM product organization, taking on complex construction sites that will help us function better as a group
  • You work effectively across a team operating in a global market, deeply understanding the customer and business needs in a diverse set of products, countries, markets, and customer segments
  • You stay in touch with industry developments, be a frequent user of our and other products and regularly talk to customers to get an expert in user needs, product success factors, and competitive landscape
  • You monitor, report on, and do tactical adjustments based on  performance of product KPIs
Your fitness level
  • You have 5+ years of experience in product leadership positions, overseeing successful products
  • You are proficient in and do not shy away from working at all flight levels, from the vision and strategy to the detailed day-to-day execution
  • You are excellent at managing high levels of complexity, resolving difficult trade off concerns efficiently and decisively based on your own knowledge base and inputs from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • You have proven experience in leading complex projects spanning across the company and the ability to set and hold teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
  • You are a senior leader  and possess the product management knowledge that experienced product managers will be excited to collaborate with and learn from
  • You think as an entrepreneur and with strong communication skills you can get others on board with your ideas
  • You are a great partner to design, engineering, and experts teams to drive insights and turn them into amazing experiences
  • You have a strong growth mindset & practical experience. You feel comfortable interpreting & exploring data, building financial models, and reviewing business targets
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You have developed a deep understanding of our product ecosystem, key industry developments, and the needs of our customers 
  • You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams as well as key stakeholders from Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Your teams and stakeholders are clearly aligned around a short-term 3-month product roadmap as well as a clear 12-month roadmap based on business goals, product vision, and customer needs 
  • You are driving the next major product launch together with your stakeholders, establishing clear goals, processes, and success criteria
