Do you want to make UX research an integral part of our product development process? We are looking for a motivated UX Researcher with a passion for human-centered design and a track record of leading highly impactful research with cross-functional teams. Take your chance to play a decisive role in shaping our products and join our UX/ UI team of four designers.

  • You develop a deep understanding of our products, users and their problems by: defining personas, creating user journey maps, flows and driving user analyses
  • You will participate in meetings with stakeholders and users to elicit product requirements and turn them into customer-focused experience design 
  • You conduct usability tests and user experience testing with a structured and hypothesis-driven approach and you ensure documentation and archiving of test results
  • You make UX research an integral part of our product development process by creating real and sustainable impact from the results
  • You lead the development of our internal UX research focus by training team colleagues and product owners on common methods and enable them to help and conduct own user testings
  • You generate ideas in close collaboration and workshops with the cross-functional product teams from concept over wireframes, prototypes and user testing
Your fitness level
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Social Sciences, Design Thinking or similar
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of UX research / design
  • You are conversant with tools for UX design, although we do not require you to be familiar with all of them: Miro, Lookback, Loop1, Respondent, Condense, Invision, Mailchimp, Sketch, Figma or similar tools
  • You have deep knowledge in the application and implementation of (user) research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) and in testing prototypes
  • You are familiar with contributing or facilitating workshops like Design Sprints remotely or in person
  • You excel in problem-solving, providing alternative solutions and resolving complex queries
  • You have a good intuition for people and you are able to influence, communicate and defend design decisions
  • You speak fluent English and German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You develop a deep understanding of our products
  • You help developing our key personas
  • You help improving our user panel based on key personas
  • You have implemented a regularly testing schedule
