Your daily workout
  • You are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty 
  • You create the Standard Operating Procedures and working processes that will generate the success parameters established for each customer
  • You uphold weekly, monthly, and quarterly data review expectations
  • You provide support with in-house events, new process launches, and marketing assistance requests
  • You are the main contact point for all facilities within your segment and work closely with your customers to provide ongoing success support, ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • You help create scalable reporting mechanisms and dashboards
  • You initiate expansion and upsell opportunity conversations with the customer sales representative
  • You help create customer appreciation events and provide support as necessary
Your fitness level
  • You have 3+ years of customer-facing, fitness-related experience, including membership and/or wellness leadership
  • You have a customer-centric personality and effective communication skills
  • You are open to and excited about traveling 10-20% of the time - and working with customers across the country
  • You can effectively lead and inspire at all levels 
  • You are highly organized, analytical and decisive
  • You effectively prioritize needs, tasks and time effectively
  • You inspire those around you with your passion for helping others
  • You can work with a high level of autonomy
  • You have designed and implemented program curriculums
  • You preferably have experience with Salesforce
