The Opportunity

The role of Partner Enablement Manager is essential to us achieving our company mission of scoring every transaction on the planet. Featurespace will be reaching new markets via suitable Delivery Partners, who will support us in collaboratively delivering ARIC in new regions.

For this exciting prospect to become a successful reality, we will need to dedicate people enabling these Delivery Partners to succeed. The Partner Enablement Technical Manager will take us from the MVP offering we have now towards a mature and developed business function, by helping to build training/certification environments and defining repeatable standardised solutions that can then be rolled out either by partners or ourselves or a combination of both.

Day to Day

  • Work with the Director of Channel to define the Partner Development Lifecycle and lead engagement with Global Partners to drive their enablement against capability KPIs
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of Featurespace resources to ensure Partners can access and participate in various enablement activities
  • Define and manage the environments and processes for partners to do their training/enablement
  • Work with the overall Channel team to create, maintain and training/exam material and resources in order to setup and maintain a successful enablement framework
  • Discuss and agree the partners product and solution strategy with the Regional Sales teams and key Featurespace business stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between different phases of the project ensuring consistency and maintaining vision for the partners enablement project
  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality of Featurespace’s enablement program, and define appropriate methods for ensuring quality validation of Partner’s capabilities
  • Review and approve potential Partner candidates and help to classify their value to Featurespace’s regional GTM strategies
  • Act as the Channel Technical Champion for Featurespace, which includes acting as the technical escalation point for Featurespace’s strategic partners across the globe
  • Define and lead a strategy for growing regional Featurespace Channel technical resources, with a view to managing these resources as the team expands

About you

  • Experience with Enterprise software delivery life cycles
  • Experience in Customer/Partner facing roles
  • Understanding of pitfalls and challenges around integrating critical Enterprise software systems
  • Experience with creating and delivering technical training sessions
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to collect, collate, define and drive strategic requirements
