Job Description

As a Account Manager Germany in the Sales department of JobTeaser, you are in charge of the satisfaction and retention of your existing international clients portfolio by ensuring an optimal relation.

1. Manage the follow up of your clients’ portfolio :

  • You are the dedicated contact of your clients and you guide them all along the year :  

  • by meeting/contacting them regularly to talk about their contract, ensure they are satisfied and collect their feedbacks

  • by assisting them with an editorial schedule/calendar answering their needs

  • by helping them to use their products and answering their questions through recommendations 

  • by monitoring the use of their services through the production, analysis and sharing of their statistics

2. Drive and develop your existing clients’ portfolio

  • You identify your clients’ expectations and define the KPI in order to build a successful & efficient renew strategy

  • You set up clear action plans to spread our notoriety among your existing clients’ portfolio

  • You present the new products or the products that the client is not already using

  • You  are able to introduce the new improvements/innovations of

  • You detect and close the renew and upsell opportunities to grow our turnover

3. Ensure the operational follow up of your activities: 

  • You manage and monitor the day-to-day follow up of your activities on Salesforce meetings, emails, calls, stats), of the communication plan (displays, events, lives)  and of the clients’ satisfaction 

  • You are responsible for the good onboarding and offboarding (done by the launchers) of your clients 

  • You are in charge of the operational follow up of your accounts (CRM, productions ….)

  • You are in relation with the Video team and the Launchers for the set up of all services of your clients

  • You transfer your clients feedbacks to the the different teams internally (Support, Product, Data, Marketing, Finance)

4. Make your field of actions grow

  • You are responsible for giving your manager field feedbacks 

  • You are able to spot what products are best for a certain region, what are the main questions/KPI in order to help JobTeaser international strategy grow
