As a key member of the Revenue Accounting team, the Order Management Analyst will be responsible for working with the sales, revenue, business applications, and other cross functional teams to accurately process B2B orders and invoices in a timely manner. This is a very interactive role with high transactional volume and both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate for this role loves working with a multitude of people, developing strong relationships with those people, and delivering excellent customer service.

 

What You’ll Do:

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1 – 2 years of operational experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in NetSuite a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
  • Flexibility during quarter end and other high-volume periods
