About the role and about You:

We are looking for a curious, hard working and self-driven FP&A Manager to help lead Zwift's Connected Products business to success through insightful analysis, strategic support and reporting. This role will work directly with the Finance, Supply Chain, Ecommerce and Connected Products teams, and will play an instrumental role in Zwift launching and subsequently scaling Zwift owned hardware. This role will report to the Director of FP&A. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, able to prioritize competing deadlines and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. 

What you'll need:

  • Serve as key partner to the Connected Products business by providing clear and effective decision support, information flow and overall financial guidance
  • Assist in all budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related to Zwift’s Connected Products business, inclusive of inventory and supply chain planning, logistics, sales and indirect costs
  • Provide support throughout the entire supply chain process, including S&OP, cash flow and working capital forecasting
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand the potential impact of decisions and resulting risks and opportunities in the context of Zwift’s business and strategic objectives
  • Continue to improve monthly & quarterly internal and external reporting. This will involve sharing insightful analyses to explain trends, variances and identify risks & opportunities across the business, including to the Board of directors
  • Support month-end close process in close partnership with the Accounting team through detailed reporting, variance analysis and insights
  • Partner with the Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams to provide effective analysis of margin trends and variance reporting to the senior leadership team
  • Manage reporting and analysis on capital projects and exposure, in order to drive financial evaluation and analysis on potential capital investments
  • Establish process improvements and efficiencies in partnership with the Supply Chain team
  • Manage one existing direct report, with the probability of expanding the team over time

What you'll have:

  • 5+ years in FP&A / corporate finance / supply chain management
  • Strong experience with COGS and inventory planning, manufacturing accounting and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication skills. Role involves building cross functional relationships across the business, and across time zones
  • Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics is preferable, although not a prerequisite
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint / GSuite and financial modeling skills. Role involves solving complex financial problems
