The Sales and Business Development Team is a small, close-knit group passionate about the industry's latest trends and strategies. The team is devoted to campaign management, asset collection, and customer connectivity management. We also have a team member whose role is to be the go-between for the sales and creator teams. Your mission:

  • Set up and implement a dedicated local marketing plan.
  • Align and coordinate with global marketing strategy.
  • Develop brand awareness, advertising and lead generation on targeted audiences through omni channel strategies (ex digital and social marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, events, PR, webinars, emailing,...).
  • Create, localise sales and marketing materials (website, sales presentations, white papers,...) taking into consideration local languages and various segment needs.
  • Establish and strengthen word of mouth strategy in India to attract and retain new creators and key strategic partners.
  • Support sales efforts and management strategy by providing regular understanding of key social and video trends leveraging on internal and external data available.
  • Source, manage/monitor external media partners (ex media agencies) if necessary.


A little bit about you:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in India, mostly in a media, technology, social media, or a brand marketing role.
  • A passion for video content, creators, entertainment, and technology.
  • Marketing generalist with a broad range of experience, preferably in the fields of digital media, brand marketing, or social media marketing.
  • A deep knowledge of local marketing opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Experience working in marketing for a global organization with regional marketing teams is preferable.
  • Must speak and write English fluently; an ability to also speak additional local languages preferred.
  • Strong partner skills with the ability to develop relationships easily.
  • Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to localize marketing materials.
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize their work, identify problems, develop solutions, and share information with relevant partners in order to bring about timely resolution.
  • Able to cope with job pressure and changes to projects or timelines.
