Malwarebytes is looking for..

The Business Applications team reports to the CIO and is responsible for internal SaaS applications and Business Intelligence.  We have a Program Management Office (PMO) which provides Project and Program Management for cross-functional efforts at Malwarebytes, including implementation of SaaS tools, analytics projects, and other IT and Security projects.  The PMO coordinates resources both within the CIO organization, but also with key stakeholders from other groups like Accounting and Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other technical teams.  Our focus is solving complex business problems using Applications and Data


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a team of Project Managers, Program Managers, and Scrum Masters
  • Set overall objectives for the PMO
  • Determine standards, tools and templates for the PMO
  • Communication with Executives
  • Ensure cross-functional resource requirements are understood
  • Escalate issues that require management attention
  • Assist the Business Applications VP with roadmaps and governance


Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management
  • 2+ years of people management
  • Experience with SaaS Applications (, NetSuite, etc.) projects
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Confidence to present to all levels of the organization, including C-level executives
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with business teams and other IT teams
  • Negotiating skills
  • Track record with building teams
  • Foster a culture of openness, transparency, and collaboration
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of System Lifecycle methodologies and Agile methodologies


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methods
  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • Understanding of SaaS Applications
