Your mission:

Managing payroll for a team of 200 people in the UK (compiling, calculating, data entry). You will report to the French Payroll team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing Employee Pay

-Tax declarations, HMRC, pension schemes, sick leave, health insurance, retirement, student loans...

-Managing contract terminations and severance pay

-Managing monthly and quarterly bonuses

-Adhering to current UK regulations and carrying out necessary procedures (keeping abreast of current legislation: legal monitoring)

  • HR:

-Onboarding foreign employees (taking care of administrative formalities pertaining to hiring, work permits, welcoming them to the company, following up as necessary…)

-Implementation of a restaurant voucher service for employees

There is room for growth. We will eventually be looking for someone to draft our UK contracts.


A little about you:

-2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position

-Good working knowledge of British labor laws (immigration laws / integration of foreign employees)

-Good working knowledge of French labor laws

-A very good command of Payfit and Workday

-Excellent spoken and written English is required; some ability to converse in French would be an advantage

-You are customer-oriented, pay attention to detail, and have a sense of discretion and a respect for confidentiality

Important note: It is possible to work remotely, but only from the UK.
