What you'll do:

    Engage and help build the Zwift communities across social media platforms
    Work with a global network of fellow community managers to flag production issues in real-time and seek out creative solutions
    Assist in capturing qualitative audience insights for weekly reporting & metrics reports
    Post & ensure quality production and timeliness of planned content
    Generate memorable engagements & connections with fans
    Mine for customer insights & issues through community groups + forums
    Reports to Associate Social Media Manager with oversight from Social Media Manager

What we’re looking for:

    Proven knowledge in social media tools & platforms
    A creative problem solver and doer able to craft good, on brand copy
    Intimate knowledge of the cycling, running and triathlon spaces or passion for sports
    Customer service experience a plus
    1 year+ of social media experience
