As our Talent Engagement Sr. Manager, you will lead a team of Senior Recruiters, focusing on their development and polished execution against hiring goals and candidate experience. You will drive critical initiatives to optimize for the caliber and productivity, and collaborate closely with recruiting leadership and stakeholders. In this role you’ll be responsible for – but not limited to – owning the development and direct management of a team of recruiters, leading and handling cross functional projects, reporting, and performance management. You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment – unafraid to try new things, adopt new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes. You will partner closely with recruiting leaders to drive key programs and initiatives that enhance Zwift’s effort to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters to source and deliver qualified and diverse candidate pools for our engineering teams 
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership team members to define recruiting strategy & metrics, and drive continuous improvement for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent 
  • Coach and train recruiters and hiring managers on Greenhouse, process, workflows, best practices, tools, and frameworks to enable evaluation and offer close of high-quality talent during all stages of the recruiting lifecycle 
  • Build recruitment plan to support organizational design and lead the recruitment strategy for your client groups
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions 
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for dedicated teams 
  • Support and facilitate employer branding efforts by managing relationships with external branding partners such as BuiltinLA, The Muse, Comparably, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Contribute to and/or lead special projects to enable scaling and growth of Zwift’s Talent Engagement team​ 

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Innovative problem solver
  • Ability to operate with little or no guidance
  • Proficient in the use of an ATS and HRIS (Greenhouse and Workday preferred)
  • Ability to adapt, flex, and pivot in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Training and scaling recruiting and hiring teams while maintaining high talent bar
  • Effective in motivating and empowering team members 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
