To ensure success as an IT Client Platform Engineer you should have in-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management, deployment and maintenance, programming skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues. Ultimately, a top-class IT Endpoint Engineer ensures the smooth running of the company’s end user client computing fleet while maintaining a high level of security and user productivity. This position will be responsible for all of our client endpoints globally. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader who is energized by hands on involvement in technology.


What You’ll Do:

  • Administer, manage, and scale our global fleet using modern MDM systems
  • Design and implement solutions for software distribution and OS deployment
  • Build and maintain a full cycle patch and vulnerability management framework
  • Manage and maintain client configuration and security compliance across all endpoints
  • Build scalable solutions that improve efficiency and end user experience though automation and process refinement
  • Contributes as a technical project resource for global security and system projects across a mixed Windows and macOS environment (65%/35%)
  • Participates in security incident response processes and activities as appropriate
  • Leverages best practices approach towards projects, implementations, and issue resolution; ability to provide status updates and reports
  • Creates and maintains efficient documentation for IT Standards, Policies, Procedures and KB articles which are consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Operationalize processes that can be performed by the Operations Team
  • Provides tier-2 & 3 support for domain area as needed


Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Five to eight years of experience in a similar hands-on administrator/engineer role with an in depth understanding of Windows and macOS management and security
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Azure AD, Azure, Jamf, and Active Directory
  • Deep knowledge of the inner workings of desktop and mobile operating systems with the ability to troubleshoot advanced issues
  • Experience with vulnerability and patch management
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Experience with Python and Bash is preferred
  • Experience with Zoom Room administration and maintenance is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilities
  • Other MDM experience such as MobileIron, Airwatch, etc. is a plus
