About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a well-rounded, experienced Global Public Relations Manager to support the company’s communications and media relations efforts. This role, reporting to the Head of Global Corporate Communications, is instrumental in cementing Contentsquare’s reputation as a market leader among key audiences. As an integral part of the Corporate Marketing team, you will work closely with our PR agencies and consultants to plan, oversee and scale our ambitious PR program, while driving thought leadership, and communicating our brand to the world.

What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with Global Head of Corporate Communications to develop and execute on the global PR plan, including objectives, budget and tactics
    • Coordinate all PR activities, maintain a global PR calendar and have full visibility into regional PR activities
    • Ensure integration of all global PR campaigns
    • Manage a global tier 1 media list and track the performance of the PR program across various regions
    • Manage relationships with PR agencies in the US & UK, and work closely with EMEA PR Manager
    •  Support freelancers as we expand into new markets (i.e. APAC and Israel)
    • Create content for press releases, media requests, byline articles and keynote presentations
    • Produce video PR content for various channels, including media & social media
    • Develop talking points for leadership team and other Contentsquare spokespersons
    • Manage reviews and signoff processes for media & other communications, as needed
    • Work closely with social media and internal communications teams to share and amplify company news & coverage 
    • Manage media inquiries/interview requests, and prepare briefing materials for company spokespersons
    • Coordinate media trainings for company spokespersons
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate global PR results on a rolling monthly / quarterly / campaigns basis 
    • Maintain an up-to-date Press Kit, including current biographies and photographs for all spokespersons
    • Prepare drawer statements and assist with crisis management
    • Copy edit, edit and coordinate translation of content and PR materials 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • 5+ years of public relations experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Deep experience planning, writing, editing, promoting written / visual content
    • Consistent track record of developing and activating successful PR campaigns, including success with top-tier media
    • Experience in handling media relations and maintaining relationships with media
    • Experience managing relationship with PR agency(ies)/consultant(s)
    • Experience managing a budget
    • Tech-savvy and curious, with a strong online presence on one or more social networks
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong team-player and willingness to work with a global team 
    • Proficiency in French a plus

What Makes You Stand Out from the Crowd:

    • IPO readiness experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
    • Proficiency in French
    • Ability to conceptualize innovative strategies and approaches
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual base salary of $100,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found below.
