Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements and identify the Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Integration test cases and design, review, and execution of test cases.
- Identify the bugs timely and ensure the quality deliverables, documented, track and manage defects in JIRA, confluence.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications.
- Establish and maintain traceability of requirements through test cases to improve test coverage.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Participate in automation scripting as per the demand in a project.
- Work on database queries to perform back-end testing and performance.
- Work on the azure applications like apps deployment, automation, etc.
About You:
- Should have experience in Testing life cycle activities and able to review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Should have experience in web application testing and mobile app testing and taking care of the today standard of apps.
- Should be familiar with Git, BitBucket, sql, postman, swagger api documentation and familiar with testing tools and methodologies.
- Should have knowledge of defect management and bug reporting tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience in Azure cloud API, Function apps, App services, knowledge in Power shell scripting for automation.
- Experience in Build deployment and setting up CI/CD pipeline for Azure cloud environment.
