Modulr are looking for a People Operations Manager to work with the People Partner Team and Chief People Officer to support the operational aspects of the People function. 

This role is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on how the People team works and continues to be a key player as in the business' growth and scale. The individual will be part of the broader People Function having responsibility for developing and implementing HR systems, processes and initiatives across Modulr for all aspects of the employment lifecycle.

The key tasks of your role will include:

  • Manage and support the People Operations Administrator.
  • Leading the HR Operation function including compensation & benefits, HR Information Systems and day to day HR Operations. Looking for ways to improve HR processes across the whole lifecycle to be more efficient.
  • Expert in on the HR Systems, responsible for upskilling broader People team and line managers on system upgrades/improvements. Systems include, Hibob, Culture amp, Deel
  • Relationships with external HR vendors – (including; Deel, Hibob, Culture amp, Payroll providers)
  •  Lead delivery of new HR systems including speaking to providers/vendors, and internal colleagues (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance)
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant and regularly reviewed to ensure are up to date.
  • The gatekeeper of all Modulr letter templates and forms ensure that they are consistent and inline with company policies.  
  • Working regionally with local General Managers, People Partner and legal team to ensure the processes are effective, consistent but also allow for nuances in different global locations
  • Work in partnership with broader People and Culture team to deliver people projects and initiatives across the company.
  • Responsible for delivering management reports for CPO and broader leadership team.
  • Support the delivery of core HR services

 

About You: To join us as a People Operations Manager, you’ll need:

  • A good working knowledge of HR with a previous role
  • Ideally have experience in financial services, professional services or scale up business
  • Strong communication skills and superb attention to detail is a must!
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Capacity to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and always maintain confidentiality.
  • The ability to work independently and problem solve effectively.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, HR systems.
