We are looking for a social butterfly who knows the ins & outs of Facebook, Twitter, Strava, Instagram and Youtube.  You love connecting with people all over the world to solve problems, delight in successes, and create genuine connections.  You’re not afraid of going the extra mile to get the job done right and you’ll do just about anything to surprise & delight a deserving Zwifter.

What you'll do:

  • Engage with our native Japanese-speaking audience and help translate English marketing and technical materials into Japanese
  • Work with a global network of fellow community managers to flag production issues in real-time and seek out creative solutions
  • Pitch creative social ideas to engage the Zwift audience 
  • Assist in gathering qualitative audience insights for weekly reporting & metrics reports for both Global and Japanese-specific pages  
  • Post & ensure quality production and timeliness of planned content 
  • Generate memorable engagements & connections with fans
  • Mine for customer insights & issues through community groups + forums
  • Reports to Associate Social Media Manager and sits in the Japan Office / Remote 

What you'll have:

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English with the ability to understand shorthand/slang/idioms in one language and find a similar replacement in another 
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge in social media tools & platforms including LINE and other platforms specific to the Japanese market 
  • Intimate knowledge of the the cycling, running and triathlon spaces or passion for sports 
  • Customer service experience is a plus 
  • Previous Community Management experience a big plus
