System Operations Analyst, Content Protection [UK]
Working in our London/Remote office, the role of a System Operations Analyst, Content Protection focuses on ensuring the technical products and tools that operate our Anti-Piracy services are functional and operating effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring any system related issues are addressed in a timely manner by working with the Tech department and working on future development and improvements.
This role specifically manages and maintains our website database and all associated systems. We tackle piracy across an ever-evolving list of places online where people share pirate content including but not limited to Search Engines, Social Media, and YouTube. To maintain quality of our services those sites we tackle must consistent be reviewed and analysed, and this role will directly contribute to the development of this part of our service. Furthermore, with such challenging issues to tackle, we must be innovative and focus our efforts on improving the company’s productivity and revenue making procedures continuously.
- Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
Reporting to the Operation Manager, your responsibilities will be:
A | Maintain service applications and tools by ensuring they are functional and operating effectively. |
B | Analyse system performance using scripts, reports, and dashboards. |
C | Assist with the roll out and uptake of new products and tools within the business. |
D | Problem resolution by testing and implementing processes. |
E | Conducting and planning tests to verify system efficiency. |
F | Escalating system issues in a timely manner and consulting relevant departments. |
G | Identify opportunities to leverage wider technology applications across our services. |
H | Collaborating and contributing to team effort by accomplishing results. |
I | Support the work of teams that provide reporting and services to customers. |
- Key Objectives
A | Improve and develop internal processes and workflows. |
B | Create visualizations and data validation dashboards to improve monitoring and bettering of internal processes. |
C | Document and iteratively improve Operational processes of Anti-Piracy systems. |
D | Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data held within Anti-Piracy systems. |
E | Identify, categorize, and manage websites within Corsearch databases. |
