Technical Lead - ERP & Integration Team
Zwift is looking for a Technical Lead for our cross-functional ERP & Integration team. This is a hands-on, technical-focused role reporting directly to the VP of IT, and eventually to the Director of Enterprise Applications, without people-management duties. This cross-functional team is responsible for the new NetSuite implementation, the Patchworks iPaaS, and the entire ecosystem of technology to deliver our Supply Chain and Finance functions. In this role, you will help translate the business requirements & use cases for changes into the technical solutions and to ensure the NetSuite backend functions correctly, streamline functionalities, make connections to multiple platforms, provide ongoing technical support for all team members, and finally, have a solid grasp of Zwift’s business model. You will collaborate tightly with Technology Project Managers and Enterprise Platform Product Managers to deliver an optimal experience for our Enterprise business departments. This role will be a crucial member of Zwift’s present and future success by helping us implement and manage an ERP that will continue to live and grow for the next 5-10 years.
What you’ll do:
- Work with Product Managers and Enterprise Architects to translate business requirements and requests into technical designs.
- Perform daily Administration and development in NetSuite and integrations.
- Collaborate heavily with admins/developers for other Enterprise Applications.
- Participate in the full application life cycle from development, testing, deployment, rollout, and support.
- Communicate with other team members and internal users regarding project status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
- Ability to meet timelines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
- Provide architectural and technical design direction to ensure that our ERP team is building high quality custom solutions and systems are performing optimally.
- Establish ERP & Integration team processes for source control, code quality, and code deployments.
- Manage technical debt of the software solutions developed by the team.
- Help create a collaborative environment and provide technical mentorship to other team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a NetSuite Developer
- Efficient with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
- Experience of NetSuite integration with other systems (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems, Manufacturing Systems, eCommerce systems, etc.)
- Ability to take on duties in unfamiliar territory
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bonus points:
- NetSuite Developer Certification
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as BigCommerce and Shopify
