Hours: 10-20 hours/week

Duration: 6-9 months+

Anticipated Start Date: November 2021

Pay: $15/hour

  • You will be responsible for organizing and managing inventory of spare parts, marketing materials, and additional products

  • You will coordinate the sending and receiving of parcels via the UPS store

  • You will assist in documenting the current order management & logistics processes and implementing a small-scale inventory management system

  • You will assist the Order & Logistics Manager with the coordination and planning of equipment deliveries and product trainings

  • You will support OM, Logistics, and Service from the Boulder office during installations

  • You will learn and understand the basics of the order management & logistics processes so that you can provide coverage in the absence of the Order & Logistics Manager

  • You work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Service, and Operations

  • You are responsible for entering and retrieving data in Salesforce

  • You ensure a successful order flow in accordance with EGYM operational processes

Your fitness level
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience 

  • You are extremely hands-on and have no problem tackling multiple tasks at one time

  • You are goal-oriented and results-driven 

  • You have high attention to detail and thrive working in a structured environment

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, performance-based, start-up type environment

  • Drivers License and reliable transportation required

  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge or experience a plus
