We are looking for a Motion & Visual Designer to join our growing team in Contentsquare’s Sydney office and collaborate with our worldwide Design & Video team in our NYC, Paris, London, and Munich offices. If you are a creative story teller who loves to combine creativity with strategy and push the limits to achieve innovative productions, let's chat! You’ll report into the Global Head of Video based in Paris and will enjoy the daily collaboration in the Contentsquare Studio with 30 designers all around the world: Motion designers, brand designers, UX/UI designers, Art directors, ...

The day-to-day:

    • Collaborate across functions globally to deliver an effective video content marketing strategy (integrated into brand campaigns) to meet strategic objectives
    • Work closely with marketing operations, sales and product to deliver high quality content that matches corporate visual guidelines (video, digital contents)
    • Ensure the use and adoption of the corporate branding guidelines on a global scale 
    • Contribute to client advocacy through client interviews, event filming, video case study and use case development
    • Assist in product marketing to distill complex technical information into compelling video content

You have:

    • A BA/BSc/Master in graphic design/audiovisual/visual communication or equivalent working experience
    • 2+ years of experience of collaborating on design/audiovisual projects 
    • Excelled in the production of a range of projects from initial conception to final delivery and beyond.
    • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After effects, Audition, Photoshop/Illustrator)
    • Produced 2D animated characters/landscapes/smart transitions/sound effect
    • Solid experience  production (cameras, lighting, audio recording) and post production 
    • Video format and compression expertise and ability to adapt to diffusion, sound record & post -production
    • Some experience on Figma could be a plus
