Job Description

  • Process the consolidation of six legal entities. 
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations. 
  • Book intercompany elimination entries. 
  • Run the revaluation program across six entities. 
  • Calculate deferred tax (IAS12 / 740).   
  • Run financial reports such as Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash flow and movement tables. 
  • Complete the notes for the Financial statements in US GAAP and IFRS.  
  • Proactively work with the businesses to minimize out of balance conditions. 
  • Ensure SOX compliance. 
  • Work with external auditors on consolidated accounting information. 
  • Support finance team and business units with ad-hoc analysis as needed. 
  • Support with the creation of new processes as necessary to help ensure departmental efficiency. 
  • Participate in Finance team projects such as the implementation of a new ERP and transition from IFRS to US GAAP reporting. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting or equivalent accounting qualification. 
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience in a similar position. 
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, US GAAP knowledge is required.  
  • Self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency and demonstrates high learning agility. 
  • Attention to detail, ability to keep deadlines and set priorities. 
  • Ability to work independently and in an international environment. 
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges. 
  • Ability to listen and to communicate effectively with all levels of the Nexthink organization. 
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for accounting software. 
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus. 
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing and changing environment, ideally in the software industry. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
