Job Description

Mission:

  • Create Case Study - Engage with the account and ensure that the best practices being followed in the India MSPs are replicated across all MSPs
  • Ensure Renewal - Showcase successful implementation in accounts and show value back to the management. Reduce renewal churn
  • Create upsell opportunities - Create case study and showcase Cloud capabilities and upsell of A&E, AppEx and Services Revenue
  • Start the new Accounts well - Set the right expectation in the beginning of the project and accelerate Value delivery

Relationship Building:

  • Understand the Account team org structure
  • Build bridges with roles like SDM, ServiceDesk Lead, Regional Delivery Manager, Client Engineering Team etc. to push Nexthink Agenda
  • Push MSP Account team/Customer to create problem tickets and approve ACT/Engage use cases

Story Building:

  • Guide Delivery team through Nexthink Stories
  • Focus on Outcomes and not Output
  • Laser focused on creating case studies
  • Document the Baseline Analysis and Case Study
  • Present the above to customer

Project Management:

  • Assign MSP Account team responsibilities and hold them accountable
  • Assign Nexthink Delivery team responsibilities and hold them accountable
