At Zwift IT, we are constantly improving our business process and operations. Currently, we are looking for a senior Workday application developer who will be a strong business partner to the Human Resources, Finance, and others, and will be the main point of contact for any Workday development, integrations, and customizations throughout the company. The developer will be responsible for ensuring proper organizational change is followed to align with SOX and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

What you’ll do: 

  • Translates business requirements to functional/technical specifications in deploying end to end solutions
  • Ensures data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features and functionality including advanced compensation, learning management, talent acquisitions, security functions and features
  • Manages various integrations within the organization, understanding of Workday delivered connectors and ability to solve issues is key
  • Builds, manages, grows, and sets the vision for a small applications team based on company strategic priorities and operational imperatives
  • Participates and guides in multi-functional initiatives and teams to drive process improvement changes, including systems and IT projects
  • Collaborates with business and technology partners to implement strategic projects, enabling Zwift’s aggressive growth trajectory
  • Be accountable for driving end-to-end processes, from project inception to steady-state production support, throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Owns documentation of new business processes, generation of new technical support documentation, and identification of technology and process gaps
  • Manages upgrades and changes with minimal impact to our business
  • Develop Integration solutions using Workday studio, EIB, core connectors, XSLTs and third-party integration platforms
  • Debugs and triages integration issues and defects. Implement and tests fixes where necessary

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development with 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
  • 3+ years of experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with designing and building integrations with Workday using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, API’s, Web Services, and Rest URLs
  • Exposure to Workday HCM domains
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and partnering skills
  • High-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

Bonus points: 

  • Certified Workday Studio
  • Experience in designing and supporting ERP applications such as Netsuite, Workday, and Oracle
